FAQ's
- How long will my balloons last?
Balloons can last for weeks if kept indoors, however, due to the nature of balloons we do not guarantee the life of your balloons.
- How soon should I order?
As a rule of thumb, I always say, the sooner the better! Ordering a few weeks before your event is encouraged to ensure availability of the colors you want.
- Will my balloons float?
Balloons are filled with air, not helium; balloons will not float. Unless helium filled balloons are specified.
- How can I make sure my balloons will last longer?
Keep balloons away from direct heat or sharp objects and refrain from manhandling to prevent popping.
- If I buy balloons can you use them?
Unfortunately no. We cannot guarantee the quality of balloons. We source only high quality latex balloons from trusted vendors in order to provide you with top quality products for your events. Pricing is set with cost of materials and is non-negotiable.
- I'm allergic to latex. Do you offer latex-free options?
Yes. We can provide latex-free options. Contact us for a custom quote.
